Aaaaaand they’re back! This fall we got creative and launched a 5 course interactive wine pairing dinner. Chef Cameron is happy to be able to offer this experience once again.
For those who are unfamiliar with this experience, each course is served with a North 42 Degrees wine that has been carefully selected to pair with the dish prepared by Chef Cameron and his team. Cameron will then join you in the dining room to take you through the inspiring journey of how the food was selected, prepared and plated and you will also learn about the wines.
The first wine pairing dinner will be held on Thursday, April 28th at 7:00pm. This dinner experience is limited to 24 guests. The cost is $85.00 pp+Hst + gratuity. Advance reservations are required. Seats can be reserved by calling the winery at 519 738-6111.
We have had lots of interest in the return of this dinner experience, so book your spots early, to avoid disappointment. This experience is sure to sell out quickly!
