SUMMARY:Well Red Bookclub - The Elements of Marie Curie
DESCRIPTION:When we launched our Hospitality Centre at North 42 Degrees Estate Winery in 2018\, we believed that wine and books made a perfect pairing. We sent out an invitation to join our Well Red Book Club. Our inaugural meeting took place in January 2019\, and here we are\, seven years later\, still thriving and sharing laughter\, stories\, tears\, and\, of course\, wine.  We are grateful for the enduring friendships that have blossomed through our shared love of books and wine. Here’s to many more years of stories\, camaraderie\, and\, of course\, a good glass of wine! \nIf you care to join us in living vicariously through the printed word\, enjoy different genres of booksand learning come on out on Monday\, May 4th at 6:30 pm.  Our next read is The Elements of Marie Curie: How the Glow of Radium Lit a Path for Women in Science by Dava Sobel.  \nOur May read for the North 42 Bookclub\nWhat will Suzanne choose as the wine pairing for this read? We’re a budget conscious  \ngroup and  appreciate that buying books can get expensive so we’ve chosen to pick titles that are easily accessible and free\, usually through the Hoopla app with the Windsor or Essex County library system.  \nOur format is to first discuss the chosen book and then share our top  reads for the month\, travels or life events!   \nNew members are always welcome!
