Go Lions Go! \nDiscover your passion\, expand your creativity and understanding of the art of pizza making. You’ll gain practical knowledge as well as hands-on experience making the perfect dough\, the secrets of the sauce\, stretching techniques for forming the perfect crust\, and all about ingredients. \nDough making\nIn this interactive class you’ll  mix\, knead and roll dough.  You’ll be making your own dough. Then smothering it with our culinary team’s own delicious is pizza sauce recipe and your choice of toppings. \nOooh and Martin\, our owner\, has an added surprise\, you’ll go home with a custom rolling pin and some freshly grown herbs from our gardens and greenhouse. \nSo join us for Pizza Making and create your own pizza in this unique hands on experience and your pizzas will be ready at the end of class! \nDate:  February 3rd\, 2025 \nTime:  6:30 pm \nCost: $65.00 + HST \nRegister by calling 519 738-6111 (online ticket sales coming soon!) \nGrab a charcuterie board from Bistro 42 for snacking or dinner.
