You get the idea. \nLed by Martin\, our owner and winemaker and Leslie\, our sommelier and assistant winemaker\,  you’ll learn the anatomy of the varietal\, process of harvesting\, fermenting and aging each grape variety. \nBut the best part for all wine lovers is that we’ll taste some CRAZY good wines. You’ll compare North 42 wines from different years\, (a vertical tasting) aging processes with wines from around the world. So come on\, be a wine geek for an evening and fulfill that New’s Years Resolution to learn something new. \nDeep dive into Cabernet Sauvignon\nOur first wine-tastic experience is on Thursday February 6th at 7:00 pm as we dive into the world of CABERNET SAUVIGNON.
