We see those puzzled expressions! So\, we’re flipping the script and raising a glass of Irish Whiskey instead!  \n\nWith the explosion of Irish distilleries from 4 to over 50 in the last few years and with St. Patrick’s Day on the horizon an exploration of Irish whiskies\, single malts to be precise\,  seemed appropriate. We’ve got a terrific line up of 6 single malt whiskies that aren’t typically found on the LCBO shelves.\n\nHere’s the line up:\n\nBushmills 12 year old\nKnappogue Castle 12 year old\nWriters Tears  Copper Pot\nTyrconnell\nGlendalough 7 year Mizunara Oak Finished\nWaterford Single Farm Origin Hook Head edition  1.1\n\n\n And the menu’s downright mouthwatering from traditional Soda bread and Colcannon to Honey whiskey roasted parsnips and Mussels with bacon\, onion\, cabbage and crème fraiche.
