We’ve got a terrific line up of 6 single malt whiskies that aren’t typically found on the LCBO shelves.\n\nHere’s the line up:\n\nBushmills 12 year old\nKnappogue Castle 12 year old\nWriters Tears  Copper Pot\nTyrconnell\nGlendalough 7 year Mizunara Oak Finished\nWaterford Single Farm Origin Hook Head edition  1.1\n\n\n And the menu’s downright mouthwatering from traditional Soda bread and Colcannon to Honey whiskey roasted parsnips and Mussels with bacon\, onion\, cabbage and crème fraiche.
