The wheels were set in motion back in January for some exciting changes at North 42 and Bistro 42…. and we are very excited to introduce our New Executive Chef Cameron MacDonald.
He’s a local boy who’s returned to his roots, bringing with him the skills and knowledge he’s gained working in the Niagara Region over the past 15 years. He comes to us from Tide and Vine which was named a Top 100 restaurant in Canada by Open Table. His Farm to Fork experience as the Estate Chef at Pearl Morissette Estate Winery included taking care of the animals and tending the produce garden. He’s appeared on Chopped Canada, has taught at the Humber College culinary program, loves to cook from scratch and based on his first day on the job his musical taste is just as eclectic as Martin’s .
