You’ll gain practical knowledge as well as hands-on experience making the perfect dough\, the secrets forming the donuts\, and all about fillings.\n\n\nPączki are donuts that were originally developed hundreds of years ago in Poland to use up all the rich ingredients that were considered off-limits during the fasting period of Lent: namely butter\, sugar\, oil and milk.\n\n\n \n\n\nIn this interactive class you’ll learn to make traditional Pączki using Suzanne’s family recipe that has been passed on for 4 generations. You’ll learn to knead and roll the dough\, then try your hand at shaping the Pączki freeform and of course you’ll get to fill them. SUMMARY:Well Red Bookclub
DESCRIPTION:What kind of book club?  We’re a social group who love\, love\, love  to read\, share stories\, have some laughs and of course taste wine.  At each meeting  wine will be paired to reflect the book. Chick lit may call for a bit of bubbly\, while Wuthering Heights a moody Pinot noir! \nWhat kind of books? A mix of genres. Books that are rich in ideas and characters. Anything is pretty well fair game as long as the book offers a lot of opportunity for discussion. \nThis month we are meeting July 23rd  at 6:45pm and our read is a mystery The Coroner’s Lunch  by Colin Cotterill.  Available  on Kobo\, Amazon \,  Chapters\, Audible and the local libraries.  Come read with us and Happy Reading!!
