This Semi Sweet Riesling boasts a rich texture, racy minerality, and complex fruit flavors. A wine to sip on it’s own with it’s refreshing acidity is well balanced a delivers luscious flavours and fresh aromas that trasport you into an orchard on a summer’s day. With just the right sweetness and a long lingering finish this wine is one to enjoy all year long.
It’s called “off-road” to add a bit of playfulness to this fun and lively wine. The label was created in house and conceived by Martin, our owner, to reflect his farming roots and the days he spent on the tractor ‘off road” tilling the fields as a young boy and now our vineyards. It’s a salute to our farming community, history and our authenticity as farmers.
Dazzling and delicious, this wine is a stunning match to spicy Asian and Indian foods, creamy cheeses and luscious desserts. Better yet just pour yourself a glass, grab a cozy comforter and watch the snow fall and trees glisten.
