Our Sparkling Rose is made from our vineyard grown Cabernet franc, These handpicked grapes were lighty pressed to extract the lovely coral pink colour. With a delightful effervescence, this wine displays bright flavours of raspberry, strawberry and red apple. The mousse is full and creamy. The finish is clean.
This wine makes a great aperitif turning any occasion into a celebration. It’s a terrific food wine too!

Pretty in Pink the Sequel! Our customers love our Rose wine so much that we thought it would be a treat to create a pink sparkling.
Imagine this: billowy clouds tinged with grey and mauve swirlling through the blue sky while the sunlight caresses the reds and golds of falling leaves as birds sing from treetops. Each breathe of crisp fresh air fills your sense of life … this is harvest day and we’re hand harvesting Cabernet franc for our first vintage of Sparkling Rose. The grapes glisten with dew drops and are bursting with flavours ready for picking. We are blessed in Lake Erie North Shore and our vineyard to have a terroir and climate where Cabernet franc is able to fully ripen and display luscious berry and cherry flavours.
