This season brings with it bushels of farm fresh produce from our own Essex County Greenhouse producers.  From red peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes we love local.  It’s our way to be kinder to our planet and to support our local economy.

Our culinary team led by Executive Chef Jacob Triolet has shifted the menu into all things fresh and bright bring a taste of home to your plate. Everything always tastes better grown in Essex County and made from scratch with perfectly ripened produce and those comforting rich flavours. The menu also has a new look offering more casual handhelds all day long.

Everything is made from scratch by our talented team from the ketchup to the pickles and desserts.
