Summer Dinner Menu Arrives at Bistro 42!
It’s official the lazy hazy days of summer are here! And so is our summer menu!!!
We are thrilled share a seasonally inspired menu that echoes summer breezes, blue skies and summer days! And of course we have lots of wine and cocktails to pair with summer and a patio.
The menu created by our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Jacob Triolet, was inspired by our love of local. From satisfying mains to some terrific vegan dishes come enjoy summer on a plate with the season’s best freshness, vibrant colours and rich flavours. These culinary creations are perfect for celebrating summer, life’s special moments or just the end of the work week with your BFF’s.
The menu features local produce including, what we grow on the farm, Ontario meats & cheeses and Canadian sustainable seafood. Everything is made from scratch by our talented team from the ketchup, to the bread, glazes, marinades, mustards, pickles and of course dessert. The suggested wine pairings have been thoughtfully chosen by our sommelier, Leslie to compliment each dish and for you to tantalize your senses with our award winning wines.
