Chef Cameron and his Bistro 42 culinary team have been working hard these last few months creating, menu testing and training our front of house team to provide you, our guests, an awesome culinary and service experience when you return this summer!
The new menu showcases French bistro cuisine with Cameron’s creative touch. It has some of your old favourites and lots of new dishes that featuring local produce, including what we grow on the farm, Ontario meats & cheeses and Canadian sustainable seafood.
