We missed your smiling faces, the conversations and laughter. But, we are open on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5- 9pm with dining on the patio coming soon. Chef Cameron’s winter new menu is awesome if we say so ourselves.
Chef Cameron and his Bistro 42 culinary team have been working hard these last few months creating, menu testing and training our front of house team to provide you, our guests, an awesome culinary and service experience! Everything is made from scratch from the bread to the mayonnaise. And nothing is wasted the scraps are either composted or feed chef’s piglets which are growing by leaps and bounds.
The winter menu showcases French bistro cuisine with Cameron’s creative touch. It has some of your old favourites and lots of new dishes that featuring local produce, including what we grow on the farm, Ontario meats & cheeses and Canadian sustainable seafood.
