Spring has sprung up in the form of our Early Spring Menu at Bistro 42 at North 42 Degrees! We are proud to share a seasonally inspired menu that echoes the feeling of change, warmer weather, good times and, fine wines to pair it all with!
At North 42 degrees our mission is to deliver an exceptional experience to you, our guests, by skillfully blending produce grown in our own garden with locally sourced ingredients, crafting approachable, from-scratch cuisine for your enjoyment.
As always it is inspired by our love of local. From satisfying mains to some terrific vegan dishes made with the season’s best veggies these culinary creations are perfect for celebrating the change of season, life’s special moments or just the end of the work week with your BFF’s.
The menu features local produce including, what we grow on the farm, Ontario meats & cheeses and Canadian sustainable seafood. Everything is made from scratch by our talented team from the ketchup, to the bread, glazes, marinades, mustards, pickles and of course dessert – our new pastry chef is killing it! The suggested wine pairings have been thoughtfully chosen by our sommelier to compliment each dish and for you to tantalize your senses with our award winning wines.
You’ll experience the fresh flavours of Essex County and colourful plates that reflect the bright flowers springing up in all around the vineyard. We invite you to come experience the this delicious menu first hand!
