Beat the Winter Blues at  North 42 Degrees with  our Bistro 42 menu.  We are really excited to share a few new menu offerings that will bring  comfort and warmth to your tummies.  As always it is inspired by our love of local. From satisfying mains to some terrific vegan dishes made with the season’s best veggies these culinary creations are perfect for celebrating the change of season, life’s special moments or just the end of the work week with your BFF’s.

Chef Jason is always inspired by what he sees at the local markets which is pretty hard in winter.  But it’s the perfect time to support our local greenhouse industry with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers And winter the perfect time to use those hearty root vegetables, squashes, potatoes, cabbage and apples and pears  that are still available.  This season still has so many delightful flavours.

The team has created some delicious dishes so warm and comforting. You’ll experience the hearty flavours of Essex County and colourful plates mirroring the warm glowing winter sunsets. We invite you to come experience the this delicious menu first hand.
