Winter Lunch Menu
Our culinary team has been working hard and they are happy to launch our new winter lunch menu, which as always is inspired by our love of local foods and the season. The stillness of winter with its crisp mornings and lightly falling snow has inspired our new offerings. This winter lunch menu reflects the essence this wonderful season, yes we love winter, and has the power to transport diners somewhere special. So grab a glass of wine, enjoy the snow covered vineyard views, muted tones of grey, mauve and blue as you feast on our culinary team’s Winter Lunch creations!
This menu showcases Bistro cuisine with a creative touch. Our culinary team under the direction of Executive Chef Jacson Wighton has updated our menu filled with some of your old favourites, like those yummy burgers, (some of our customers have commented that they are the best they have ever had) and some new hearty dishes like Korean Chicken and Waffle and our house made Gnocchi that reflect the warm comforting flavours of the season.
Chef Jacson is inspired by the ingredients of our region and as the greenhouses are filled with fresh tomatoes he and the team have created a few new dishes including the Gnocchi with pomodoro sauce to showcase the bounty of our region. The menu is filled with hearty root vegetables, squashes, beets and apples which provide some of the
most delightful flavours this season offers. The menu has been inspired by these flavours and features local produce including, what we grow on the farm, Ontario meats & cheeses and Canadian sustainable seafood. Everything is made from scratch by our talented team from the ketchup to the pickles and desserts. The suggested wine pairings have been thoughtfully chosen by our sommelier to compliment each dish and for you to tantalize your senses with our award winning wines.
