We’re kicking off the New Year with a Pizza Making class! Just in time for the BIG GAME…..
Discover your passion, expand your creativity and understanding of the art of pizza making. You’ll gain practical knowledge as well as hands-on experience making the perfect dough, the secrets of the sauce, stretching techniques for forming the perfect crust, and all about ingredients.
In this interactive class you’ll pick your own fresh herbs, mix, knead and roll 2 types of dough. Gluten free? we’ve got you covered. You’ll be making both regular and gluten free dough. Then covering it with Chef Ken’s own delicious is pizza sauce recipe and your choice of toppings.
Oooh and Martin, our owner, has an added surprise, you’ll go home with a custom rolling pin and some freshly grown herbs from our gardens and greenhouse.
