Now someone is doing a Happy Dance! Can you guess who?  Fat Tuesday is around the corner and this tradition is alive and well at North 42 and why wouldn’t it be both of our owners, Martin aand Suzanne are Polish.

Although, our Pączki making class is sold out you can still enjoy the finished product. Our culinary team is taking preorders for your favourites. Using Suzanne’s family’s traditional recipe using loads of eggs and a dash of rum this is NOT your standard jelly donut! It’s rich, fluffy and melts in your mouth and they freeze well so you can enjoy them all month long. Most importantly these lovelies have passed the Martin taste test.

So, choose your filling from traditional prune, cherry, raspberry, or custard. Call us at 519 738-6111 to place your order and pick up date and time between noon- 6pm on February 9th to 13th. Finall,y come in at the designated time, grab the perfect pairing – Sparkling Riesling or Winter White wine and indulge your taste buds!

And they are perfect for celebrating Valentine’s day, FAT Tuesday and Mardi Gras… no we’re not making this up! Did you know that a singular Pączek means a flower bud.   See,  now that’s romantic….
