Chef Ken has been creating in the kitchen and for Valentine’s day is offering 2 delicious romantic dinner features that incorporate the flavours and colours of romance.
For those who love local we’re offering Trimble Farms Cattle Company (located right here in Essex County) 21 day dry aged Beef Tenderloin, a local Canadian AAA beef with an “elixir of love” chocolate demi-glace, pink beet infused potato pave and honey roasted baby carrots for that hint of sweetness.
For our fish lovers we have a Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon with Greens. A sustainably farmed salmon kissed with lemon and fresh herbs and grilled to perfection. It’s Ocean Wise approved. Served on a bed of bright greens lightly tossed with our house made sous reserve vinaigrette, and topped with delicious walnuts, local apple, chevre, crushed hazelnuts, luscious raspberries and balsamic roasted pear that will light up your taste buds.
