Description
This delightful Cabernet Sauvignon contains fruit that was lovingly grown by our viticulture team both on the Bennett vineyard and our Estate vineyard. The vines enjoyed a hot and dry summer which created beautiful fruit with rich flavours. The grapes were hand harvested and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. The result is a profound fruit forward wine with aromas and flavours of black cherry and sweet cranberry. A subtle note of chocolate lingers till the finish, which extends quite gracefully, rounded off with smooth velvety tannins and vibrant acidity. This wine is full bodied with excellent structure making it an ideal food pairing wine.
