Delicate and pretty,  with its garnet hue is a delight for the palate.   Feminine in structure, the nose displays red cherry and currant followed by a touch of vanilla and a whisper of cedar. Dry on the palate, with medium astringency and silky tannins, this is a great wine to celebrate  the earthniess of fall.  The perfect pairing a Camembert  cheese, a creamy mushroom risotto  or  pan seared duck breast.

This Pinot noir has a lovely rich garnet hue.  Garnet has long been considered the symbols of love and associated with inner fire and life force.  Pinot noir has been our wine maker’s expression of  love since we opened in 2012 and it has been central to North 42’s portfolio. garnering many medals.  The hand harvested 2021 is no exception. With its silky tannins, berry and vanilla notes with a whiff of cedar on the nose, this delicate yet powerful Queen of grapes exhibits the earthiness of a fine fall day and its lingering warmth.
