Back in 2011 our owners, Martin and Suzanne took a trip to New Zealand.  While waiting for a take out order they decided to have a glass of wine in the wine bar next door and enjoy the view of Tasman Bay.  They were seated at table 42 .  The server share a delightful story of how they were overlooking the 42nd parallel and a Sparkling Sauvingnon Blanc was recommended from 42 Degrees South.  Serendipitous indeed!  One sip and they fell in love- with the wine that is and vowed to create a Sparkling using their estate grown grapes.  And so the  Brut Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc was born.

Wonderful and unique this elegant, refreshing drier style  Brut Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc captures the unique and quintessential flavours of a traditional Sauvignon Blanc wine with zesty lemon and mineral notes. Just add bubbles!  Beautifully balanced and a food pleaser to be enjoyed any time of year.

Pairing:  This wine is perfect for any occasion – appetizers, oysters, salads, fried foods or on its own.
