Delicate and pretty, with its garnet hue is a delight for the palate. Feminine in structure, the nose displays red cherry and currant followed by a touch of vanilla and a whisper of cedar. Dry on the palate, with medium astringency and silky tannins, this is a great wine to celebrate the earthniess of fall. The perfect pairing a Camembert cheese, a creamy mushroom risotto or pan seared duck breast.
