Our tag line is “Purveyors of good times and fine wines,” but let’s be real—wine on St. Patty’s Day? We see those puzzled expressions! So, we’re flipping the script and raising a glass of Irish Whiskey instead!
With the explosion of Irish distilleries from 4 to over 50 in the last few years and with St. Patrick’s Day on the horizon an exploration of Irish whiskies, single malts to be precise, seemed appropriate. We’ve got a terrific line up of 6 single malt whiskies that aren’t typically found on the LCBO shelves.

And the menu’s downright mouthwatering from traditional Soda bread and Colcannon to Honey whiskey roasted parsnips and Mussels with bacon, onion, cabbage and crème fraiche. And dessert… well who can resist a Bailey’s mousse with hazelnut whiskey brittle. And for your main… the culinary team has so many options- lamb, beef, pies, stews… at this point we know it’s gonna be awesome!
