The team at Bistro 42, led by our Michelin-trained chef, has crafted a four-course dinner that captures the essence of spring. From the first bite of grilled asparagus and burrata to the richness of roast quail with wild ramp, every dish features locally sourced ingredients — many from our own greenhouse.
