With love and care our vineyard team hand picked and hand sorted this classic deep garnet hued grape. It was then barrel aged for 22 months in new French oak. The result: a complex full bodied wine with sultry tannins. Loaded with flavours of black cherries and black currants rolled in cocoa then nestled among cedar boughs and tobacco leaf with a hint of rich warm vanilla. This Cabernet Sauvignon still has great aging potential.
Its a wine that evolves in the glass, revealing more nuances with each swirl. A great addition to any cellar or decant and drink now! Only 35 cases remain.
