Savour the Sauce Cooking Class – Pasta

SAVOUR THE SAUCE
One good sauce has the power to save a meal. It can revive lackluster cuts of meat or brighten a bland carb. The mighty, versatile sauce has the power to balance and enhance flavors, add texture and juiciness, give food a visual flair, and salvage an otherwise boring dinner.
You will focus on cooking 2 different sauces. The March 13th class will focus on sun-dried tomato cream and romesco sauce perfect for pasta. The March 27th class focuses on chimichurri and a mushroom cream sauce perfect with proteins.
You’ll be teamed up with other participants to share in the cooking and at the end of the class go home with your own creation to share with your family and friends.
