In this class, you’ll learn the art of making tender, flaky buttermilk biscuits completely from scratch. Iryna will guide you through every step — from cutting cold butter into flour with your fingertips to gently folding the dough for perfect layers. You’ll shape and bake your own batch, and as they rise in the oven, the warm, buttery aroma will fill the room.
This class is perfect for bakers of all levels. You’ll leave with your own jar of jam, a few biscuits to take home (if you don’t eat them all on the spot), and the know-how to recreate it all in your own kitchen!
